Empowering Future Leaders: The Impact of Zonta International’s Scholarships

Zonta International plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of women in various professional fields through its commitment to education and leadership development. In 2023, Zonta International awarded four prestigious scholarships to seven remarkable young women, underlining its dedication to empowering the next generation of female leaders.

The Amelia Earhart Fellowship recognized women excelling in aerospace-related sciences and engineering. Among the notable recipients were Franziska Hild from the University of Stuttgart and Sarah Rezapour from Lausanne Federal Polytechnic School, both of whom have demonstrated significant potential in space systems and aerospace engineering.

The Young Women in Public Affairs Award was given to young leaders like Carlotta Faina and Inès Roda, who have shown extraordinary commitment to public service and leadership in their communities.
